Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments areneeded therefore I respectfully request at least a 24hr phone call or message if a change
is necessary. Please understand that
when you forget or cancel your appointment
without giving enough notice, I do not have time to fill that appointment and essentially lose income.
Without a 24 hour in advance phone call to cancel your appointment your card is subject to being charged 75% of the service total & 100% of the service total if you decide to no call no show.
Please note that I do not offer refunds - I will only allow redos 7 days after your appt if you are unhappy.
