While you’re in my chair I’ll probably talk about my puppies & encourage you to be the best version of yourself all while making the hair of your dreams come to life! CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments areneeded therefore I respectfully request at least a 24hr phone call or message if a change is necessary. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I do not have time to fill that appointment and essentially lose income. Without a 24 hour in advance phone call to cancel your appointment your card is subject to being charged 75% of the service total & 100% of the service total if you decide to no call no show. Please note that I do not offer refunds - I will only allow redos 7 days after your appt if you are unhappy. I cannot wait to see you!
